1. Custom work is non-refunable.  All other returns are accepted w/i 2 weeks of delivery.
2. Shipping: our work is handmade. We allow ourselves 2 weeks to ship, but aim to ship within a week.  All orders ship with tracking.  Please contact us if you need a rush shipment.
3. Privacy is important.  Your shipping address will stay private with Adorn&Conquer. Thank you for buying handmade.
